Wastage is an extra amount of tiles ordered over the m2 of floors and walls you are covering to allow for things like off-cuts to small to use. 

This is not an exact science some projects require more than others depending on how tiles are laid in each room and how much cutting is required. 

We recommend a minimum of 10% wastage to be included however larger tiles often require more wastage. Due to availability, you should have enough to keep spares for future requirements as we cannot guarantee more stock will be available or that future shipments will be a similar batch tone or colour.

You can order as many as you like, we do charge a $15 courier fee per 5 samples

Once you have selected you tiles and are ready to order the cost of the samples will be applied as a discount.

Samples will be at least 100mm by 100mm, depending on the selected tile.

We send samples via courier, with delivery expected in 7-10 working days.

If you require a larger sample you can visit one of our store locations to collect large tile samples.

This will allow you to get a better idea of how the tile will look in the lightning of the room it's going to be installed.
