Promotion Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

Entry is open to residents of New Zealand.

Entrants must follow the instructions: tag a friend or family member and follow Tile Warehouse’s Instagram account.

Employees of Tile Warehouse and their immediate families (and any associated entities) are not eligible. 

How to Enter

Entries must be made via the specified social media platform (Instagram). 

Each “day” of the 12-day promo corresponds to a new prize; participants should follow each day’s entry instructions.

No purchase is necessary to enter, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Promo Period

The promo runs for a specified period (12 days), with one new draw/prize each day.

Entries outside the promo period will not be valid.

Prizes

There will be a different prize each day: from BBQ gear and beach items to up to NZ$1,000 of free tiles.

Prizes are not redeemable for cash (unless explicitly stated

If the prize involves goods (e.g., tiles), standard terms of sale apply: in-stock products only; no indent/special orders; product must be full-retail priced.

Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be drawn randomly from valid entries for each daily draw.

Winners will be notified via social media within a reasonable timeframe after the draw.

If a winner cannot be contacted within a certain period (3 business days), the prize is forfeited and a new winner will be drawn.

Entry Requirements & Restrictions

Only one entry per person per day is allowed.

Entries must comply with Instagram’s/other platform’s rules and the organiser’s instructions (e.g. tag correctly, following our instagram account).

Any entries that are late, incomplete, or otherwise fail to meet the conditions are invalid.

Prize Redemption / Delivery

Prizes involving physical goods will be delivered/collected under Tile Warehouse’s standard delivery / collection terms.

Winners may need to provide proof of identity and accept these terms before receiving prizes.

Publicity & Privacy

By entering, participants consent to the use of their name, social-media handle, and/or likeness for promotional purposes if they win.  

Personal data will be handled in accordance with the organiser’s privacy policy.

General Conditions

The promo is subject to availability and while stocks last.

The organiser reserves the right to cancel or modify the promotion at any time without prior notice.

The organiser’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the draw or results.

The organiser is not responsible for any technical failures, lost or misdirected entries, social-media outages, or any other causes beyond its control.
