Trade Xtra Ute Giveaway - Promotional Details

How to Enter:

1. Buy your tiling trade products at Tile Warehouse during the promo period.

2. Spend $200+ GST in a single invoice to start earning entries.

3. Provide your Trade account details at the time of purchase.

Standard Entries:

Example: A purchase of $4,701 ex. GST = 8 entries (per $1,000, so $4,000 = 32 entries) + 3 entries (for the additional $500) + 1 entry (for the remaining $200) = 36 entries total.

Bonus Entries During the Promo:  Earn extra entries when you buy selected brands!

+ Complete Mapei, Ardex or Construction Chemicals certification or recertification between 1 September 2025 and 28 February 2026 at any Tile Warehouse branch = +5 bonus entries.

Example: Spend $1,000 ex. GST on Mapei = 8 standard entries + 8 bonus entries = 16 entries total.

Full Terms & Conditions:

• The promoter is Tile Warehouse Limited (“Tile Warehouse”).
• Entry is open only to Tile Warehouse Trade Tiler/Water proofer account holders. Purchases must be charged to a valid Trade account with details provided at the time of purchase.
• Qualifying purchases are trade products only, tile purchases are excluded unless part of a qualifying brand promotion.
• For standard entries, the purchase value is calculated per single Tile Warehouse invoice (excluding GST).  For bonus entries the purchase value is calculated based on purchases (excluding GST) of the qualifying brands over the entire promotional period
• The promotional period is from 1 September 2025 to 28 February 2026 inclusive. Purchases outside this period are not eligible.
• The prize is a 2025 Ford Ranger XLT. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or credit.
• The draw will take place in early March 2026. The winner will be notified in person or by phone. If the winner cannot be contacted within 3 business days of the draw, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be drawn.
• Each entrant consents to their name, photograph, and/or likeness being used for reasonable promotional purposes by Tile Warehouse without further payment or compensation.
• Tile Warehouse’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Tile Warehouse (including its officers, employees, and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential loss, damage, or injury (including loss of opportunity and any personal injury) arising in any way out of the prize draw. This includes, without limitation:  (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Tile Warehouse’s control), (b) any theft, unauthorised access, or third-party interference, (c) any entry that is late, lost, altered, damaged, or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by Tile Warehouse) due to any reason beyond Tile Warehouse’s reasonable control, (d) any tax liability incurred by the winner in respect of the prize.
• Employees of Tile Warehouse, their immediate families, and associated entities are not eligible to enter or win.
• Tile Warehouse reserves the right to verify the validity of any entries and may disqualify any entrant who: 
  • tampers with the entry process
  • submits an entry not in accordance with these terms
  • engages in unlawful or improper conduct that jeopardises the fair conduct of the promotion.
• If for any reason beyond its reasonable control, Tile Warehouse is unable to run the promotion as planned, it reserves the right to cancel, postpone, extend, amend, or reschedule the prize draw, with reasonable notice (including posting notice of changes on www.tilewarehouse.co.nz.
