This stunning new showhome in Papamoa in the Bay of Plenty is an entertainer’s dream! Navigating through this spacious home with open plan living and dining, the media room sits adjacent and instantly grabs attention.

The Bathrooms were designed to showcase an elegant space with a rustic atmosphere. 

"The tile creates the intensity in the space...For the primary tile throughout both bathrooms we used the Teva Shell tile from Tile Warehouse. Since the spaces are already quite dark areas due to the wall tiling selection, we wanted to incorporate the shell colouring that this tile provides to bring forward some more muted soft colours to soften this space."
