"A couple of points that I took away from looking at the Alpine Stone-Composite was:

• ALPINE  has a very solid feel to it, when you walk on a Laminate floor with a roll-out acoustic foam layer underneath it they sound very hollow and budget. For approximately the same price the Alpine feels much more like a solid wood floor.
• In a large space, the Alpine variation from piece to piece is significant and looks more like a wooden floor than expected. It would definitely suit large open-plan areas.
• Urban Homes are a high-end brand building a large volume of homes. Both their Sales Manager and Designer rate Alpine highly as a go-to for living areas. While the price point for Alpine works for the Spec Builder/DIY market it definitely wouldn’t disappoint in very high spec builds."
